At SCSS, we take pride in equipping our staff with the skills and training they need to excel in their crucial roles as Support Workers. Recently, we conducted in-house training sessions on Manual Lifting and Fire & Evacuation procedures. These sessions provided hands-on experience, including the safe use of patient hoists to ensure the well-being of both participants and staff.
Next week, our training will continue with Medication Management, another vital skill for Support Workers at SCSS.
