Dannielle plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance across SCSS, overseeing key areas such as employee onboarding, property management, and safety compliance.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensures all new employees have completed all mandatory certificates and qualifications.
- Property Management: Oversees lease and rental payments, liaises with maintenance and property management staff to ensure all SCSS properties are well-maintained, and addressed in a timely manner.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensures all participant housing, procedures, and policies comply with relevant health and safety regulations. This includes maintaining safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS), workplace training, and hazard management.
