I cannot recommend SCSS highly enough for the way they have supported my daughter. Their compassion, patience and dedication to help their participants enjoy the best life possible is awesome.
This is a family service that genuinely cares about people with disabilities and is such a relief to be able to trust the people looking after your family member.
The communication is excellent as Britt and Danny always try to be contactable and love any feedback.

It has been great working alongside Sunshine Coast Support Services (SCSS) to support participants to reach their full potential while improving their quality of life. SCSS ensures that the participant is actively involved in exercising choice and control while providing individualised support.
Cannot recommend this team enough. The level of effort and support they provide my brother is incredible. Danny and Britt pride themselves on strong work ethics and good old-fashioned morals. It’s clear their participant’s safety and well-being are at the forefront of every decision they make. Danny, Britt and their team have not only supported my brother to achieve his goals and live a quality life but have allowed me to trust and learn how to be just a sister again and not a carer. From the bottom of my heart thank you to Danny and Britt for the genuine and exceptional support you provide.
Our adult son lives in a supported home provided by SCSS, and having experienced another SIL provider in the past we are delighted with the compassionate and considerate care he receives from Danny and Britt and their dedicated team of support workers. We couldn’t ask for a better home for our son and would commend SCSS to any guardian seeking a SIL provider for their loved ones.
